Title: Peas with Parmesan

Yield: 6 Sweet ones

2pk(10 oz) frozen green peas;
1tbGrated Parmesan cheese;
1tbLemon juice;
1/8tsLemon peel;
1/2tsSalt;
1/8tsDried tarragon leaves;
